explosion proof ETL listed electrical and electronic enclosure and cabinet air conditioners for hazardous classified  areas and locations

Bebco Model EAC Hazardous Location Enclosure Air Conditioners are provided with external PLC Touch-Screen Control Enclosures and an extended case to accommodate a step-down transformer that powers 480 VAC rated units.

The NEMA 4X Control Enclosure is mounted to the unit case, and it features two secure wiring harness connections that permit easy removal of the case for Unit refrigerant system, coil and motor access. The transformer of 480 VAC rated units is accessible by removing a cover plate inside your enclosure, and is pre-wired to simplify unit installation.

To simplify installation, all units are provided with enclosure cutout templates and feature hanger brackets to support the unit during installation. All units also feature all power and alarm system connections on the rear panel, for access and termination within your enclosure

 120 & 240 VAC Units
All Bebco Model EAC Enclosure Air Conditioners may feature an ergonomic and convenient NEMA 4X PLC Touch-Screen Control Enclosure, as specified by selection under Segment 6 of the Unit's Model Number.

This 316 grade 16 gauge stainless steel seal-welded enclosure features seamless neoprene door and case gaskets with tool operated fasteners to permit fast and easy access, diagnosis and service of the PLC Touch-Screen Controller and all related electrical control components while the Unit continues to operate under hot-work permits issued by an authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) such as a plant safety or maintenance manager.






















 480 VAC Units with Step-Down Transformers
When the 480 VAC Operating Voltage is selected, your Unit will be provided with an extend case that features a step-down transformer compartment located at the bottom of the Unit chassis. The transformer is pre-wired, and accessible from within your enclosure for easy service and maintenance.
